At HJF, we offer bridal packages tailored specifically to the bride, but also offer group discounts for you and your +1s. Also, don't forget about bachelorette party workouts and wedding day workouts- we do those too!
Choose from two bridal packages below:
1) Bridal Training
The traditional bridal fitness training package includes all of the below:
Bridal party workouts (# of workouts varies by package)
Discounted event workouts (bachelorette parties, showers, day-of, etc.)
Options: Bride only sessions, or Bride +1 (up to 5)
12 weeks: $100 / session
24 weeks: $95 / session
36 weeks: $90 / session
2) Bridal Training + Nutrition Coaching
Add nutrition coaching for only an additional $10 per session!
The bridal training + nutrition coaching package, includes all of the traditional bridal training options, plus the additional below:
A full initial assessment
Access to the MyCoach mobile application (powered by Coach Catalyst), which is used to deliver your course content and track your progress via your phone or desktop
30 minute Skype/Facetime sessions
Monthly progress tracking including self-measurements, photos and weight
Unlimited communication access with Holly to ask questions, check-in, etc.
12 weeks: $110 / session
24 weeks: $100 / session
36 weeks: $95 / session
