HI! I'm Holly
I've been helping others transform their lives and find their passion for living healthier since 2015. However, fitness, nutrition, motivating, and serving others have all been lifelong passions of mine.

My training programs are customized to each of my client's goals and utilize different types of equipment and formats to keep things effective and fun.
My Goals
My goals for clients are to help them build strength and feel good physically, boost self-confidence and feel good mentally, create lasting habits, and have fun throughout the process.

Exercise and nutrition do wonderful things for the mind, body and soul, and I help my clients recognize this through working together.

Whether you’re new to fitness, an experienced athlete, a new mom, or just someone looking for a change up in their typical routine, I’d love to chat more and see how we can work together!

Q: Are you, like, a real person, or are you some crazy fitness freak?
A: I'm real...I swear! Obviously, I loooove to workout, BUT I also loooove to eat burgers and mac + cheese, binge-watch crappy reality tv shows, + drink wine. Exercise + good nutrition fuel my fire, but these things keep me sane and (even more) happy. :D
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: Fitness and serving others are two of my biggest passions. Blend those two together and personal training is the perfect fit. Plus, I sat behind a desk for 3 years and knew that just wasn't my jam! Finally, going to "work" doesn't actually feel like "work." Everyday on the job is extremely rewarding!
Q: What do you like to do when you're not training your clients or working out yourself?
A: I love volunteering and interacting with my local community. I've had the wonderful opportunity of being a lululemonAllbirds ambassador. I also love trying new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling and spending time outside (all seasons!) with my husband Joe, our son Jackson and pup Surly!
