Hi, I'm Holly

My Goals
My goal is to help clients build strength, feel good physically, and gain confidence that carries into every part of life. I care far more about how well you move and feel for the rest of your life than I do about quick fixes or short-term results. My heart is in helping you build strength, mobility, and healthy habits that allow you to live a happy, active, and independent life for years to come!
I believe fitness should support your life, not take it over. It should help you keep up with your kids, feel strong in everyday moments, and give you the energy and confidence to enjoy life fully! Together, we focus on creating a strong foundation through exercise, nutrition, and sustainable habits, while making the process enjoyable and realistic for your lifestyle.
Whether you're new to fitness, an experienced athlete, a new mom, or simply looking for a fresh approach to your routine, I'd love to connect and see how we can work together!

Q&A
Here's a quick Q&A to help get to know me better.
Are you, like, a real person…or some crazy fitness freak?
I'm real, I swear! I love working out, but I also love burgers, mac + cheese, reality TV, and a good glass of wine. Fitness and nutrition help me feel my best, but balance is what keeps me happy and sane.
Why did you become a personal trainer?
Fitness and helping people are two of my biggest passions, so personal training felt like the perfect fit. After spending 3 years behind a desk, I knew I needed something more active and meaningful. Now, I get to do work that truly doesn't feel like work!
What do you do when you're not training clients?
I'm in my late 30s. I love playing with my kids (Jackson + Maelyn!), scratching my dog's belly (Surly!), trying new restaurants with my husband (Joe!), sneaking in a good coffee run, and being in bed by 9pm.
Do I need to be "in shape" before starting personal training?
Absolutely not!!! That's like saying you need to be flexible before starting yoga. We start where you are and build from there! No pressure, no judgment, just progress.
What's one piece of advice you give almost every client?
Pick one thing and get really good at it first. Don't try to change everything at once (it usually just gets overwhelming!). Start small, stay consistent, and once that feels natural, then add something else.
What's something that instantly makes you happy?
Seeing a dog (especially a Golden Retriever)!!!!!
